By enrolling in the Fueled by Faith Local Membership (“Membership,” “Program”), you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Fueled by Faith, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”).
1. Membership Overview
The Fueled by Faith Local Membership is a monthly discipleship and development community designed to help women grow in faith, purpose, leadership, and community.
Members receive access to:
Two in-person meetups per month (If Local to Chapter)
Two virtual development calls per month
Private community access (FBF App)
Exclusive trainings, teachings, and resources
2. Non-Refundable Policy
All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including initial registration fees and monthly renewals.
By joining, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the monthly payment as long as your membership remains active, regardless of participation or attendance.
3. Payment & Cancellation
Membership fees are billed automatically each month on your enrollment date.
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected] with the subject line Membership Cancellation.
Once billed, payments are non-refundable, even if you do not attend meetings or access materials.
The company reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or offerings with notice to all members.
4. Program Standards & Expectations
Fueled by Faith exists to cultivate a culture of integrity, unity, peace, and growth. All members are expected to:
Demonstrate respect, encouragement, and maturity toward other members and leaders.
Refrain from gossip, drama, or divisive behavior.
Maintain confidentiality of all discussions within the membership.
Participate actively in meetings, calls, and discussions.
Honor the community’s boundaries and uphold the Fueled by Faith values of love, accountability, and excellence.
5. Leadership Discretion
Fueled by Faith leadership reserves the right to remove any member at any time, without refund, if the individual:
Engages in behavior inconsistent with program standards or values,
Causes conflict, disruption, or harm to the community,
Violates confidentiality or disrespects leaders or members, or
Displays ongoing negativity or divisive conduct.
If a member is removed, no refunds will be issued, and access to the community and resources will end immediately.
6. Confidentiality
Members agree to maintain confidentiality of all conversations, coaching moments, and shared materials within the membership.
Recording, duplicating, or sharing any content without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in removal without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All membership content — including teachings, recordings, handouts, and digital materials — is the property of Fueled by Faith, LLC and provided for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, sell, or share any materials outside the membership community.
8. Limitation of Liability
Participation in the membership is voluntary. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your results, decisions, and actions. Fueled by Faith, LLC and its representatives assume no liability for outcomes related to participation, and no guarantees are made regarding specific results.
9. Communication
All official communication should be directed to [email protected].
Members are expected to communicate respectfully with leadership and fellow members at all times.
10. Agreement
By enrolling in the Fueled by Faith Local Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
Your payment serves as your electronic signature and acceptance of this agreement.
